TEACHING PROGRESS
SUCCESS IN TEACHING
From the beginning up to the end of my teaching practice, I have achieved a lot of success because of good relationship and interactions between school staffs and students, me and other non-staff workers.
I succeeded to prepare the scheme of work and lesson plan to teach a variety of topics of English language to form one and form two.

I succeeded to have control of my class to be in good condition by taking control over students’ discipline.
I succeeded to be a teacher on duty for one week controlling all the activities taking place within the school.
Also, I succeeded to prepare and use different teaching aids and use participatory method during classroom interactions process.
I also succeeded to counsel my fellow student teachers from different universities in a number of issues.
CHALLENGES IN TEACHING.
Despite of the success there are some challenges, which I faced during my teaching practice as follows:-
The school has no at all houses hence I failed to have place to live in school compounds,
The school has few books, other learning, and teaching materials particularly in English language to all classes.
Most of students are reluctant in speaking English language around the school environment
The center is an adult education therefore according to this condition the students were coming too late as they decided the time to alive at school hence making difficulties to me to accomplish my programmes that I planned to do.

HOW PROBLEMS WERE RESOLVED.
In solving the problem of books and other teaching materials, I borrowed English books and other materials from my fellow teacher friends of neighbouring schools.
In communication problem, participatory method of teaching was used, each student given chance to express his /her ideas
Emphasize students to speak English all the time especially in school time, encourage the morning talk, school debate, etc.

GENERAL ISSUES OBSERVED OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOMS.
The school daily routine is good, starting from morning sessions to evening sessions, all students tried their level best to be where they are supposed to be, for example cleanliness time all students participate full, also in sports and games students engaged fully, teachers in outside activities tend to cooperate with the teacher on duty to make sure that the day ends smooth.

The teaching practice started on 14th July, 2014 and ended on 23rdaugust, 2014.
